Your development is of paramount importance to us. During this program, you will see every facet of the Cartier luxury retail experience. With rotations in our prestigious boutiques and missions with other business areas of the Maison, you will enjoy a unique start towards your retail management career. The program focuses on all aspects of our boutique sales and operations, and the development of your boutique management skills. When you successfully complete the ASPIRE journey you will be ready for your first managerial position in one of our renowned boutiques around the world.
About you
You are curious, have an entrepreneurial spirit, an eye for detail, and you lead with emotional intelligence. With an open and international mindset, you will enjoy engaging with clients and are willing to go the extra mile to make each experience unforgettable. You have previous experience in either retail, e-commerce, digital, marketing or product development or client services. You appreciate being part of a team from diverse educational and professional backgrounds and you are open to international placement after the program.

The next step in the recruitment process is an interview with representatives from the HR and the Commercial teams.
Finally, you are invited to a behavioral and cognitive assessment.
This will allow us to get to know you better. We may also ask you to participate in group discussions and role-plays.
